HUMAN SERVICES PLANNING COUNCIL

Through monthly meetings, the HSPC is committed to:

• plan and promote effective human service programs for the community;
• raise awareness and educate the community about needs and services; and
• assess, evaluate, plan for, implement and coordinate programs and initiatives to meet the community's needs.
