DRUG-FREE COMMUNITIES GRANT
In the fall of 2021, The Community Fund of Darien was awarded a 5 year Drug-Free Communities (DFC) grant by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This federal grant provides TYTF with $125,000 each year to support our efforts to prevent and reduce youth substance use. TYTF executive board members attend the National Coalition Academy, a robust training program that helps us further improve and evaluate our prevention plans.
