Nick Paolazzi

SECRETARY

Nick Paolazzi is a Managing Director in the Special Situations group of Gramercy Funds Management.  Prior to joining Gramercy in 2012, Nick began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Investment Management Assurance Group and later joined the National Risk Management Group.

Nick graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Nick and his wife Cristina have lived in Darien since 2016 and have one child.  Nick and his family are active members of the Darien community.

Nick has been involved in The Community Fund since 2017 as a Community Investment volunteer, Community Investment panel leader and member of the Financial Review Committee.  Nick joined The Community Fund of Darien’s Board of Directors in 2021 and serves as Secretary on the Executive Committee.
