Christine Gaze Talwalkar is the founder and managing partner of Purpose Consulting Group, a firm dedicated to educating financial advisors on wealth management and human capital competencies.  She has worked in financial services since 1995, serving as Managing Director and Head of Professional Development at AllianceBernstein, Head of Practice Management at TD Ameritrade, and Executive Director of the Private Bank at Morgan Stanley. 

 

Christine gives back to the profession through her volunteer work at the Investments & Wealth Institute, where she has served on the Board of Directors for the last seven years and is the incoming Chair of the Board for 2024.   

 

Christine has lived in Darien since 2017 with her husband and is the bonus mom to two college students.  She is delighted to be contributing to her local community through her work at The Community Fund.  She is on the Designed to Dine planning committee and recently completed her first stint as a Community Investment Volunteer. 

 

Christine earned her B.S. in psychology and business at Brockport State and has achieved the CIMA® and CFP® professional designations through her coursework at Wharton and Northwestern University.
