YOUTH PROGRAMS & DEVELOPMENT

Lauren Swenson joined the Community Fund in 2025 to support our youth program and development teams.

Prior to working at the Community Fund, Lauren was the Executive Director of The Mather Homestead Foundation and has also held a number of volunteer roles in the Darien community, including at Tokeneke School and the First Congregational Church.

Lauren holds a B.S. from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from New York University and spent 15 years working in finance and marketing in New York City.

Lauren and her husband Harris live in Darien with their three children.
