Sarah McCarty joined The Community Fund of Darien as Youth Program Manager in 2022. She was appointed to Thriving Youth Program Director in November of 2023. She has more than 5 years’ experience working with children and youth at Spark Business Academy, Mad Science, and Green Moon Art Studio. She has a degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut. She resides in Norwalk and enjoys hiking with her dog, Cash.
